This
week we learned inside and outside concepts. Because kids need to understand
placement and location of objects and understand the meaning of these words to
help them understand directions later in their learning. How can we teach them
these concepts?Of course by playing games:). We played inside-outside game. We
placed several hula hoops on the floor.
Then
Purple frogs started to walk around the hoops while music was playing. When the
music stopped, all kids had to stand inside of a hoop.
When the music started again everyone had
to stand outside of hoop and walked around the hoops. Of course we removed one
hoop. End of the game with one hoop, purple frogs tried to squeeze in the hoop:).
After we played the game,we did an activity about inside and outside concepts.
We matched and coloured the penguins.
This week our topic is Global Warming.
We read a book which was related to our topic.
